Terms of service
Last updated October 17, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you, a photographer or studio (“you”), and Fotelie, Cyprus (“Eide”, “we”), for the use of Eide, a service for delivering photos to your clients in online galleries.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and give us true details. You are responsible for your account and for the people you invite to your studio. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone used your account without permission.
Your photos remain yours
You keep every right to the photos and other content you upload. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, make previews, watermarks and ZIP files, and show it to the people you share it with. You confirm that you have the rights and the consents needed to upload and share it, including from the people in the photos.
Acceptable use
Do not use Eide for illegal content, content that infringes others’ rights, malware, spam, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend galleries or accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
Plans, trial and payment
New studios get a free trial of a paid plan; afterwards the Free plan applies unless you choose a paid plan. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider (Stripe), and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your plan then runs to the end of the period already paid. Prices include or exclude VAT as shown at checkout. If your storage exceeds your plan, new uploads pause; we do not delete or hide what you have already delivered for that reason.
Availability and support
We work to keep Eide available and your files safe, but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies of your originals: Eide is a delivery service, not your only backup.
Ending the service
You can delete galleries or your account at any time. Deleted galleries stay in the trash for 7 days and are then removed with their files. If we ever close the service, we will give you at least 60 days’ notice to download your content.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes and law
We may change these terms; we will tell you by email at least 30 days before important changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without depriving consumers of the protection of the law of their country.
